We are not responsible for damage that was pre-existing or caused by the condition, age, construction, or deterioration of the vehicle or its components.
7. Risk of Damage During Detailing
Although we take reasonable care when performing our services, certain older, damaged, improperly repaired, aftermarket, or deteriorated vehicle components may be susceptible to damage during normal cleaning.

If necessary resources are unavailable, we may use our own equipment where possible or may need to modify, postpone, or reschedule the service.

Because we provide mobile services, appointments may be affected by weather or environmental conditions.
We may postpone or reschedule appointments due to:
-
Heavy rain
-
Snow or ice
-
Severe storms
-
Extreme temperatures
-
Unsafe wind conditions
-
Other conditions that could make detailing unsafe or impractical
When possible, we will provide reasonable notice of weather-related changes.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at 828-342-053 or peakreflectionsllc@gmail.com.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due when services are completed.
Any unpaid balance may be subject to reasonable collection costs and other remedies permitted by applicable law.

We want every customer to be satisfied with our work.
If you believe a service was not completed as reasonably expected, please contact us within 24 hours of the service so we can review the concern.
Where appropriate, we may offer a reasonable re-cleaning or other remedy.
Refunds, credits, or additional services are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed solely because a customer is dissatisfied with the result.
